PORTION SIZE GUIDE - approximate portion size based on average weight and age 

 

Adri, our nutritionist helped us put together this simple guide for portion sizes.  PLEASE NOTE:  It’s an approximation (that is why it’s simple) so only use it as a guide.  If you need specific assistance with portion sizes for your kids, contact Adri at about coming up with an individual meal plan.

Note: Protein should not be the dominant ingredient in our meal. A meal should include a much bigger proportion of vegetables and fruits, and a good balance between protein, fat and carbohydrates. The government guideline is 15:35:55 for protein:fat:carbohydrates.
