Abe the alien’s fishcakes are green and great for space travel. The green comes from the broccoli he adds to his fishcakes. He adds a bit of coriander and lemon for flavour and he is A for away to new planets and universes. Abe’s fish cakes are a great healthy alternative to store bought, frozen fish fingers. They are perfectly sized for little hands and fingers to handle.


**Serving suggestion: for a balanced meal** add 1½ slices of whole wheat bread or a small baked sweet potato, and some extra vegetables like carrots, broccoli or peas.


**Portion size: a healthy portion size is 5 fishcakes plus the added calories from vegetables and other healthy carbohydrates, for a total of approximately 220 for the meal. Preparation: if frozen, defrost completely. Decant into heat resistant container and reheat in microwave for 30 seconds or in 180 degree oven for 5 minutes. Let fishcakes cool before serving.
