Herbert the hermit crab likes to make his chicken stir-fry colourful. The butternut and carrots give it a nice orange colour, just like his shell. He adds some pineapple for some sweetness and vitamin C, and serves it with basmati rice in this gluten free variation.

Ingredients: free range chicken, butternut, carrot, pineapple, onion, free range chicken stock, brown basmati rice


Storage instructions: keep refrigerated and use within 2 days or freeze and use before best before date.


Preparation: if frozen, defrost completely. Decant into heat resistant container and reheat in microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds or on stovetop until heated throughout. Let meal cool before serving. Note: microwave ovens vary. These heating instructions are based on an 800-1000 watt oven.
