Jemima the jellyfish makes her vegetarian cottage pie with pink lentils (masoor dal) and sweet potatoes. With added corn, green beans and carrots it comes with a healthy dose of vegetables for her baby jellyfish and it is gluten free.


**Portion size: this meal is high in carbohydrates and well balanced for protein. Its low in fat, so make sure your child gets the necessary healthy fats  from other snacks or meals. This meal is a healthy portion size for an average 7 year old. A younger child should be able to eat a whole portion if it is one of the main meals of the day. Ingredients: lentils, green bean, corn, carrot, onion, tomato, sweet potato, olive oil


Storage instructions: keep refrigerated and use within 2 days or freeze and use before best before date.


Preparation: if frozen, defrost completely. Decant into heat resistant container and reheat in microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds or on stovetop until heated throughout. Let meal cool before serving. Note: microwave ovens vary. These heating instructions are based on an 800-1000 watt oven.
