Belinda’s Bolognaise with Corn Pasta

Belinda’s Bolognaise with Corn Pasta

Availability: In stock

R34.50

Belinda the butterfly loves her bolognaise. And she has some neat tricks to add lots of veggies to her bolognaise. Her tomatoes are freshly roasted and tomato paste is pure tomato puree (at Sprout we don’t use any canned products – see our FAQ’s for why). Carrots, baby marrows and spinach pack the punch from nature. Belinda likes to serve her bolognaise with corn pasta, making it gluten free and casein free.

**Portion size: this meal is well balanced between protein and carbohydrates, and slightly low in fat. This meal is a healthy portion size for an average 9 year old. A younger child should be able to eat a whole portion if it is one of the main meals of the day. Portion sizes depend on your child’s age and weight, see our information page for more.
