Muffy the manatee has created a healthy option for muffins. Instead of butter, she uses greek yoghurt (rBST free). Instead of sugar, she uses honey, a natural sweetener. And with the addition of roasted butternut, your little eaters don’t even know they are eating vegetables as part of a yummy snack.


**Serving suggestion: these muffins are great as a healthy snack in between or after meals. They are a perfect addition to lunchboxes. They are perfectly sized for little hands and mouths. Toast them and spread with organic butter for a more balanced meal**. And the ‘cupcake’ likeness doesn’t hurt….
